III.Range of Application
This product is suitable at the ambient temperature - 50 ºC ~ 100 ºC, various voltage levels, DC, AC systems under filthy condition. It mainly used in power system transformer substation, transmission line insulator and power plants booster stations, as well as chemical industry, steel, electric railways, mines and all electrical equipments in the filthy environment, fog and moist, to improve equipment external insulation level and avoid flashover accidents.
Products are widely used in metallurgy, cement, chemical, mining, salt mist and various sorts of pollution environment, 500kv and above equipments used widely. Since operation, there is no flashover accidents occurrence; it is the patron saint for power grid safety and reliable operation.
IV.Method of Use
We suggest cut off the power sprayed by the qualified workers when it is working.
It should be applied over a clean and dry surface. Before using, the surface of insulators should be cleaned and dry normally in order to remove dusts, wax and grease etc.
Construction should be applied with spraying or brushing methods in good weather.
Coating thickness is not less than 0.3 mm, it should be complete, no defects, no dripping.
V.Packaging and Storage
This product is available in sealed metal container. When stored and transport at dry and ventilated conditions, far away from sunshine and rain.
The storage time is 6 months, if exceed time, it can use after recheck and approval.
